Suolo IGT Toscana 2009: 88 points by Wine Advocate

Argiano's 2009 Suolo is a big, powerful wine bursting with dark fruit. In this vintage the oak is particularly dominant and covers the loral aromatics that are typically sch a prominent part of the wine's personality. The overall impression is one of heaviness. Suolo is 100% Sangiovese that was aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2025
