Since 2003, the vinification of all Sangiovese grapes of the estate has been carried out by Hans Vinding-Diers.
As part of a Danish family with deep oenological roots, Mr. Vinding-Diers is always seeking to expand the knowledge tied to the world of wines; respecting traditions but adding innovation and creativity.
He grew up in Bordeaux, where his father Peter, a renowned winemaker, owned a prestigious Chateau. In 1987 he embarked in an oenological journey that has not yet reached an end.
In 17 years he has collaborated in the vinification of 34 vintages throughout the world: Australia and South Africa, Spain and Portugal, Chile, Uruguay, Hungary, Argentina and - last but not least - Italy.
