In 2000, Argiano added a new wing to their vinification cellar with a modern laboratory, furnished with instruments up to date, and allowing the progress of a longtime back dating journey seeking for the absolute quality into the new millenium.
Stainless steel vats fill the vinification cellar. Temperature control is rigorous, both in the vats as well as in the cellar where the maceration of the grapes takes place and the musts are transformed to wine.
The maceration of the skins is extended, depending on the grape variety and on the nature of the vintage, to assure the complete extraction.
