Brunello di Montalcino 2008 DOCG – 93 punti

127This is a pretty wine with roses, berries and raspeberries on the nose and palate. What I like is its medium to full body with very well-integrated tannins and a pretty, clean finish. Such harmony and a balance here. Drink or hold.

Solengo 2010 IGT – 93 punti

127Impressive aromas of blackberries, coffee and hints of leather. Full body, with cheawy tannins and an intense finish. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. This is a longtime favorite. Needs two of three years to come togheter.
